Sharing Stories and Local Solutions
Evolveris is helping initiate a partnered storytelling-learning and friendship network that shares community stories, learning and local solutions to climate change.
We are working with a small group of Fijian communities so they can produce their own digital community stories about their issues, initiatives and calls for partnerships to develop sustainable communities. In the future we hope to carry news and local music.
Wikipacifica hopes to foster cross-cultural understanding, build peace and community solidarity networks across the Pacific and later the ‘south’ of the planet.
Our hope is to link Wikipacifica with the environmental word dictionary learning tool edited by Glenda Kupczk-Romanczuk (the Word Webster project) to help people across different cultures develop shared understanding of key environmental terms.
